Hello,
during our tests, we remove the antenna from the device and put in a box, to simulate a connection issue. The connection is going down as expected, but when the modem is connected back to the antenna, we have an infinite loop.

The 2G, 3G & 4G LEDs turns on and off in a sequence one after the other for a while. From the wiki it means "the device is attempting to connect to a mobile network operator"
Then 2G, 3G & 4G LEDs blinking at the same time every 500 ms, that according to wiki is "No SIM card or incorrect PIN."

No way to get out of this loop, until we turn off and on the modem.

I attach the troubleshoot log.

Thanks, Enrico

Hello,

I would suggest updating your modem firmware version. Navigate System > Firmware, select modem firmware, and from file option.

Thank you for looking at this. Unfortunately this is the first time we update the modem firmware and we don't know how to do it.
Looked around but it seems we are not able to find any instructions.

Can you please help?
