Teltonika SMS command App not for RUT955?

There is an APP, Teltonika sms commands.  Why is this app not supporting Rut955?

Or is there an option which I don’t know?

I would like to inform that this application are dedicated for Teltonika Telematics device tracking.
Because of this reason, Teltonika Networks devices are not supported.
