We have several dozen RUT950s.
We actually have some problems saving the configuration of RUT950 in remote (WAN).
It is sometimes impossible to download the config of a router.

Version: 07.00.2
When we have the problem the browser returns a timeout.

Can you help us solve the problem?

Hello,

It is recommended to update the firmware version to the latest available (RUT9_R_00.07.01.4). You can download it on the following wikipage:

Make sure you download the backup file from the option described on the following wiki page. Also, are you having this issue downloading backups from one specific host? Try changing browser or deleting the cache, please.
