Can I use Verizon RUT240 in Europe?

I have an RUT24002U000.  Can I use this in Europe or is it Verizon/US only?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us.
I would like to inform that RUT24002U000 supports only two bands B4, B13.
Most of Europe operators use B1, B3, B7, B8, B20, B28A, so Verizon device will not work in Europe.
