Question

Hi guys,

after a firmware upgrade something went wrong and now my RUT955 doesn't reply from ethernet, I pressed also the reset button but never new happened!

I'd like to try to use the RS232 link but I don't know what could I upload to fix it, maybe I could do an image from another working RUT955?

Thank you for contacting us.
I would like to inform you that RS232 connection, in this case, does not help you.
In order to fix the device, try to reflash the firmware using bootloader mode.
