Question

I have TWO RUT950 that I'm just about to deploy for 6 months. An OLD one and a NEW one.

My NEW one was latest firmware and although the old one was working fine I stupidly decided to upgrade the OLD one from RUT9XX_R_00.03.129 to latest to match some settings.

It now won't establish a data connection. The only difference between the routors seems to be the old uses NCM and new one QMI. I haven't changed any SIM settings and the sim cards are good. The connect to 4G but no data.

What have I done?

Hi,

Can you send to me troubleshoot package from router?  Before downloading troubleshoot package, go to System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot -> Enable "Include PPPD information" and save settings. When issue appears wait 5-10 minutes and then download a troubleshoot package.

Reset router to default settings.

After this reconfigure only mobile settings.

Also, check your SIM card APN and enter it to router.
