Hello,

Thank you for your query.

From what I understood you are experiencing issues with WiFI not working on your device. Firstly, please make sure that you have WiFI antennas firmly attached on your device.

Secondly, Could you please try to reinstall the device firmware via the bootloader menu?

Here are detailed step-by-step instructions on how to do it:

  • First of all, please set a static IP address on your network interface (e.g. 192.168.1.10)
  • Use private/incognito Web browsers window with cleared/disabled cache
  • Power on the device while holding the reset button. Flashing all 4 Ethernet LEDs indicates that the bootloader’s webserver has started.
  • Access router via web browser http://192.168.1.1/index.html
  • Upload new router's firmware. It can be downloaded from here: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT955_Firmware_Downloads
  • Wait a few minutes. The router's LEDs should stop flashing. Only LED with LAN cable connected to that port should be active.
  • Access router via web browser http://192.168.1.1

Detailed instructions can be found here: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT9xx_Firmware_via_The_Bootloader_Menu

Note: Instructions provided are for RUT955 device, you will need to select the firmware accordingly to your device.

Lastly, if firmware reflash via Bootloader wouldn't help, WiFi would still wouldn't work, you might have a faulty device and should contact your supplier.

Best Regards,
