Question

Hello I have a rut 240 FWver: RUT2XX_R_00.01.14.5

Every 12 hours my access provider changes IP adress and my RUT 240 disconnects then reconnects wich is normal, but my openVPN does not reconect.

I have to do a reboot via the SMS command "reboot". which is strange when I do a "status" before the reboot,  it tells me "new FM available NO" and after reboot " new FM available yes".

This non-reconnection of open vpn is really problematic !!!

Hello,

Could you try to upgrade to the newest FW version 7.1.4 and see if the issue persists? You can download the latest FW version from our wiki page.

If the issue still persists, it would be great if you could access router's WebUI, go to SYSTEM > ADMINISTRATION > TROUBLESHOOT section, download troubleshoot file from there and send it to me in PM or attach it to your comment. File uploaded to the forum are only seen to Teltonika engineers.

Logs in this file will help to answer what cause this issue.
