Question

We have numerous RUT955's currently running latest firmware.   We have one particular unit that no matter what we do, it continually disconnects users.

I have even copied over a backup from one of the other units on the same firmware that behaves as it should, and still no good

I have the troubleshooting logs if someone could take a look to see if anything stands out.

My next option was to drop it back to version RUT9XX_R_00.06.08.6

Hello, 

In one of the troubleshooting files, I see that you are using firmware version RUT9_R_00.07.01.2, which is not the latest. Can you download the latest one and upgrade to see if it works properly? Here is a link to the latest firmware version for the RUT955.

If after the upgrade it does not work correctly. You can send me again the troubleshooting file.
