After a reboot of a device, it did not show up in the portal. Looking on the device itself, it showed in rms setting that the router is trying to connect, but then returns: Failure (Unkown error.). I preformed an update to the latest FW, but without any improvements. What can I do/check further?

Having the same issue today with RMS.

We get the same error after rebooting the devices.

Is there a problem with RMS Service ?

I would like you to send me a troubleshoot file. Please, replicate the issue, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration > Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there.

At around 9 CEST all active devices appeared again in the rms portal. For now it looks fine again.

I have the same problem and NTP seem ok. I have two RUTX1 and after reboot they lost RMS connectivity with a. TLS error

Please advise
