We have several devices that are unable to connect to RMS Monitoring system with error 'Failure (Unknown error.)'' after device reboot.

Please advice

Just an hour ago the  issue is resolved and devices are now connected to RMS.

Hello,

One of the things to check is whether the device's time is properly synchronized. Access router's WebUI, go to Services -> NTP, select your time zone. 

If the router does not sync, NTP service can be restarted. Access router via CLI using SSH client such as PuTTy or go to System -> CLI in the WebUI and enter this command:

/etc/init.d/ntpclient restart
