Hello

I have a RMS account with several RUTs working fine (and I have 80 license remain).

I have a new RUT 240, I have tried to add (serial number an LAN MAC) but the window "ADD NEW DEVICE" doesn´t work.

I fill all information, Click in "ADD" button and nothing happens. No error message...nothing

Could you help me?

Ok, all is working now. I had a problem with Chrome navigator..and I had this unit registered in another "test account"

Thanks to Teltonika Team all is ok now :-)

Hello,

Can you tell the browser that you used, your username which you use to connect to the RMS and the serial number of your device ?

You can PM me all the details.
