Hi, I am having the issue in Teltonika RUT240 router.When i tried to config my router to PC.It’s showing “The Router installed is not correct, IMEl:GSMCTL: No such file or directory.” And when i check the Rut240 IMEI in 192.168.1.1 login - There is showing imei is n/a

please help me, how to solve this problem.

Hi, 

Can you provide more details on where do you get that message and what steps have you done to reproduce it? Consider attaching Screenshots if possible.

Also can you access the CLI and type: gsmctl --imei

Please share the reply as well

Hi,

I tried the CLI access today, how you tough  to me.But still IMEI is showing N/A.I attached some pictures for your perusal.Please tell me how to solve this problem.
   And also i received the SSH connection error.
