Hello,

I have some RUT240 (FW: 00.07.01.4) which are trying to connect to RMS but they don't get online. Re-registering is possible but they don't come back either. (it also deletes the logs behind the device)

The platform is saying "Device has attempted to connect to the system."

Credits are available, monitoring is on and my SIM platform says devices have a 4G connection. Were there some changes to the platform? I do not have any VPN configured coming from or going to the devices and rely on RMS WEB-UI and WEB-CLI functionality.

What can I do?
