We have recently purchased RUT240 and we want to use it with a SIM CARD, however we noticed that it does not recognize it.
We upgraded to the latest firewall and still have the same problem.
FIREWALL: RUT2_R_00.07.01.4

We also tested the sim card on a cell phone to rule it out and it has internet access with no problems.

I would like you to send me a troubleshoot file. Please, replicate the issue, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration > Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there.
