Question

I have a RUT360 with SerialNo: 1115174200 Batch 004, bougt end last year.
After a firmware update with RUT36X_R_00.07.01.4 over LAN  i got three blinking LEDs in front and only the webpage for login.
But after login this page hangs.

I could connect to the bootloader and to upload this firmware again but the result was the same.
The same result i got with the older firmware (07.01.2) from your webside.

so what can i do?
When i look at your webside there are some similar problems with the RUT360 and i hope you have a solution for it.

Hello,

This is a known issue, currently being investigated by Teltonika's RnD department, however, no solution is available yet. Thus it is advised to return the device.
