Hello,

The issue you are experiencing is currently being worked on in the upcoming 7.2 firmware release. Currently a workaround can be suggested. You need to configure periodic modem reboot:

  • Access device's WebUI;
  • Navigate to Services -> Auto reboot -> Ping/Wget reboot;
  • Modify the existing default instance or Add new;
  • Enable it;
  • Select Type - Ping;
  • Action - Modem reboot or Restart mobile connection;
  • Set your preferred interval;
  • Select the host, which will be pinged to test connectivity;
  • Save and apply.

Now mobile connectivity should be restarted, once no response from defined host is received. Depending on your firmware version, more details about the functionality of automatic reboot is provided in the following links:

Legacy WebUI: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/wikibase/index.php?title=RUT240_Auto_Reboot_(legacy_WebUI)&mobileaction=toggle_view_desktop

Best regards,
