Question

SMS forwarding to Email not working on RUTX955. When we check logs it just tells us email sending failed.

No issues were encountered in RUTX11 and RUTX12.

Could you please provide a printscreen of your email configuration (On sytem->administration->recipients)?

Also, what FM version are you using on the RUT955? Is the device connected to the internet?

I do not see any option called recipients under administration.

Current Firmware Version: RUT9XX_R_00.06.08.6

Your configuration seems fine, but i can tell by the user interface that you are using an old firmware version for the RUT955, i'd recommend you to update your firmware version to the latest one on System->Firmware.

Also please double check your email credentials and if you haven't exceeded your SMTP daily limit with hotmail.
