Question

Hello, I have a smarty sim card, I need to gain access to the RUT 950 via this remote access to see my bms controller plugged in on lan port. Is there a reason why the RUT950 cannot get a connection?.

I think  i would benefit from  a technical call if possible please?.

Hello,

In order to make your device accessible from WAN, you need to login to RUT955 Web interface, navigate to System -> Administration -> Access control. Enable your preferred remote access options.
