Hi All,

I have a RUT955 which is connected to RMS VPN HUB which I can access remotely without an issue, although I can not access any of the equipment plugged into the device. I belive I have configured the routes correctly in RMS but I can't even ping those devices. The devices are accessible when connected directly to the LAN.

F/W RUT9_R_00.07.01.4

Any Suggestions?

Hello Adrian,

To reach the devices in the RUT955's LAN network through RMS VPN HUBS, you will need to turn 'ON'

the "LAN Forwarding" button under 'ROUTES" page in VPN HUBS. After that you will need to add the Routes using Auto Scan or Manually.

Routes will allow to reach the devices in RUT955's LAN network. Refer to the link for the configuration purpose

NOTE: Restart the VPN HUB for configuration or the changes to take effect.

Try to reconfigure Routes again in your case and let me know if it works or not.

Also, Can you please let me know what kind of devices are you trying to reach in RUT955's LAN.

Regards,

Shivang

Hello,

I have same problem. Cannot reach the device (Siemens PLC) on LAN port, in the "Routes" I enabled LAN switch but in the "ADD ROUTE" I cannot find the PLC during the SCAN DEVICE.

The PLC is visible with my PC and correctly configured (in the same subnet of the LAN port of RUT240) with the IP address of the RUT in the Gateway settings.

Please I'm waiting for some help.

Regards.

The Auto scan option may not always find the device.

Have you tried to manually add the route?
