Question

Hi there!

I just updated the FW from stock to RUT2_R_00.07.01.4 via server keeping my dates on my RUT240. Now I can not reach the webUI. Well, I can lock in with my PW than it starts loading and I can see the webUI in the "shadow" in the back but it loads for ever with the circle in the center. See screenshot attached.

What I have done:

- clear cookies,

-try different browsers (FF, Chrome, Chromium, Bromite on Android) all the same: lock in and than endless loading

-restart the RUT240

-access via WIFI from RUT240

Any hint what I can try to fix this problem. THX

ok, got it fixed:

downgrade to the legacy FW via SSH. Infos how to do it in the wiki.  Than upgrade again via old UI without safe your configuration. After that it works as at should.

Hello,

Could you please login to the device using the SSH client (for example PuTTy), enter the following command:

hexdump -C -n 1000 /dev/mtd1

And post the output.

Hi there!

To try to get a solution I run "logread-f". the output is:

My IP should be 192.168.1.1. If I use 192.168.1.223 I do not have a connection.

Still no loading the UI after login- :-/
