Hi, my RUT240 wasn't working after winter storage (no internet access). Tried to reset it to access the web GUI, it re-directs to "http://192.168.1.1/cgi-bin/luci" and gives me "Bad Gateway, The process did not produce any response".

I can't access the page /index.html to do an update of the firmware (That too gives Bad Gateway). The router is >1 year old and hasn't been updated.

It is possible to access the bootloader menu (after restart without power supply and keeping reset button pressed). Could it help to install a new version? Where can I get one?

Hello,

Bootloader menu is your last resort option to restore the device to the operating condition. If it fails it is unlikely for you to recover the device. The bootloader instructions are provided in this page: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT2xx_Firmware_via_The_Bootloader_Menu.

I advise you to upload older firmware file from here: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/wikibase/images/3/32/RUT2XX_R_00.01.14.5_WEBUI.bin.

Then update firmware to the latest version: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/wikibase/images/b/b4/RUT2_R_00.07.01.4_WEBUI.bin.
