Question

We have lost the connection to one of our RUT 240 LTE Routers. We have a valid credit for this router.

In the past the only solution was that a helpful guy at Teltonika restarted RMS. Unfortunately this time the guy does not respond to our private message. Is there anybody else able to support us?
