Hi, With RUT9XX_R_00.06.08.6 the RUT955 device does not automatically connect to the RMS on reboot. Is this a known issue?  Not seen it on other devices we have on different firmware. Thanks

Hi,

RUT955 not connecting automatically to RMS is not a normal operation.

  1. Check the connection type is set to Enable under System > Administration > RMS
  2. Check Time Synchronization is correct under Services > NTP > General
  3. Check RMS service has not expired for the specific device in the RMS platform (Service > Management) 
  4. If issue persists, try to flash the Firmware without keeping settings

Also consider upgrading to latest firmware if able. RUT9_R_00.07.XX contains many major updates.
