Hello,

i have a question. I need access to one device that is connected over ethernet cable with my rut240.

Hi AZ,

RUT240 provides the ability to access its connected LAN devices remotely mostly in two ways:
1. Port forwarding: You need to create port forwarding rules for the LAN devices connected to RUT240. Port Forwarding rules can be configured on RUT240 via WEBUI (Network->Firewall-> Port Forwards). For Port forwarding, you need Dynamic or Static public IP. For Dynamic Public IP, Dynamic DNS service will be needed.

2. RMS Connect: This features is offered by Teltonika to the Customer who has Teltonika router or gateways. It allows users to control and access third party RUT240 LAN devices such as cameras, PC, Industrial PLC etc. It supports RDP, SSH, VNC, HTTP & HTTPS. More information can be found here:

Alternatives, You can also setup a VPN connection and access the device remotely via VPN connection. RUT240 supports various VPN technologies:
