Hi, I created an RMS account some time ago and added multiple devices @ our stations. I was unable to get funding from higher up at the time so I had not used in some time. Now, another user has set up an RMS account and permission for funding and now we have 2 issues (I wish he had told me as I could have added him to my current account). Firstly (although I have deleted the devices from my account) he cannot add the previously added devices and secondly nethier of us can add each other to ethier account as the email address is, of course, used. Can anyone help? Cheers Tony.

Hello,

I would like to ask could you provide RMS company and devices information via private message?
Having this information I will be able to check what caused the issues.
