Hi All,

I have a RUTX11 that has all LAN ports unresponsive (no lights, no communications)
Devices that connect over Wi-Fi are working fine, along with the web interface of the device.

Prior to this, the Router seems to have crashed and was offline for about 10 mins (Not sure why).
Everything was working properly, and there were no networking changes made prior to this issue.
Have tried rebooting, and firmware is latest RUTX_R_00.02.06.1

The router is remote and I only have access via Teltonika RMS. Any ideas?

Have tried rolling back firmware to RUTX_R_00.07.01.2 but issue persists.

Hello,

I would like you to send me a troubleshoot file. Please, reboot the device, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration > Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there. I'll see if anything shows up there.
