Have anyone successfully created VPN that works with macOS 12 or iOS 15?

All combinations I tried resulted in:
"The L2TP-VPN server did not respond"

With Windows, I have no problems at all.

I would like to look at your configuration. Could you send me a troubleshoot file? Please, replicate the issue, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration > Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there.
