Hello,

I have several RUT240 routers on the telstra.extranet network getting constant mobile data disconnections and am unable to resolve the issue to get a stable connection. I have attached a screen shot. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Curly,

I was wondering if the below answer fixed your problem? I'm having a similar, not identical, problem with telstra.internet  on the same device. Firmware was updated immediately after purchase a few days ago. I cannot even get a data connection. I have lodged a  separate support query but was wondering how you went. I had high hopes for this router but a bad start .

I would like you to send me a troubleshoot file. Please, replicate the issue, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration > Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there.

Hello,

The log files indicate your device being connected without any disconnects to at least May 19. 

How frequent are the disconnects?

Also, I have noticed that the firmware version you are using is old. I would like you do update and see if the issue persists. You can download the latest firmware from here: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/wikibase/images/b/b4/RUT2_R_00.07.01.4_WEBUI.bin.

If it does not help, please generate another troubleshoot file when the disconnect occurs.
