I'm using TRB145 and I have enabled SSH and Remote SSH options but still, I'm not able to connect remotely. It gets connected and disconnects with 2 seconds

So, I found the answer. While accessing remotely through SSH, Telnet etc username is not admin(as we use in WebUI) use username root instead.
