Our system indicates, that you have registered your device on 05.27, later removed it and readded on 05.30. However, it seems that the device itself has not made any attempts to register to the system, Could you check, if your TRB140 has internet access? Also, make sure RMS is enabled in device's WebUI by going to Services -> Cloud solutions -> RMS.
If that does not help, I would like you to send me a troubleshoot file. Please, replicate the issue, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration > Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there.
