I want ask you , If is possible  GSM connection from two sides .

Use MOBILE MAIN and MOBILE AUX - each to a different party and a different provider.

if it can be done with a splitter?

You can use two different GSM providers without splitting anything ! (I'm doing that without any problems)

Hello, it would help if you could be more specific, as it is not quite clear what do you mean by splitting.

Teltonika Routers and gateways are capable of load balancing, which means distributing your traffic between different WAN interfaces. However, the functionality is not available between two SIMs as RUTX11 has only a single modem. You can read more about load balancing here: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUTX11_Failover#Load_Balancing.

On the other hand, if you are interested in switching between SIMs in case of network connectivity loss, it is possible. Please read more about it in the following page: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUTX11_Mobile#SIM_Switch.

The feature itself can be found in the WebUI by navigating to Network -> Mobile -> SIM switch.

Thank you for answer. I would also like to ask if I can use one MAIN input for one provider and the other AUX for the other, if I do not know in advance from which direction the GSM signal will be best received and which will be stronger. The antennas would be on one side of the MAIN port on the other side of the AUX port. is it possible this way ?

Hello,

The default SIM card slot to be used is selected manually. However, in case of a weak signal you can configure a switch to a different SIM.

Also, if you are not satisfied with the reception quality of the currently selected provider, you can send an SMS command to the router, which would perform a switch to the other SIM.
