I have a Raspberry Pi that needs to connect to a server through an IoT network (Custom APN Sim card), That server replies to ping requests from the router CLI, but when I try to ping it from the Raspberry Pi, I don't get any reply.

It works with a different brand of router, but Teltonika somehow blocks it I guess.

I couldn't find any settings restricting the traffic from Lan and Wan.

Hello,

I would like you to generate and attach a troubleshoot file to your question with the issue present. To generate a troubleshoot file, access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration > Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there.

Next, I would like you to try a suggestion from a different thread (FYI link). Connect to the router via CLI/SSH and enter the following command:

  • ip -4 rule delete $(ip -4 rule show| grep 2062 | cut -d":" -f 2)

Best regards,

Žygimantas

Hi Žygimantas,

Thank you for your help. "ip -4 rule delete $(ip -4 rule show| grep 2062 | cut -d":" -f 2)" Fixed my problem.

Thank you
