Dear Support Team,
so this is the first time i work with a LTE Router and i followed the steps according to the manual.
when i come into the webUI (through ethernet-connection) i see there is no internet within the modem window.
Product: RUTX09
Firmware: RUTX_R_00.07.00 (According to webUI the latest)
SIM: Deutsche Telekom (inserted in slot 2)
I found similar problems in this forums, where i should change the Auto APN to a custom one in mob1s1a1 and mob1s2a1. I already did this step, but unfortunately it is still not working right now.
Please help me out with this issue,
