Question

Hi Team,

My RUT240 is not working. It currently has all LEDs on on the front which I had understood implies it is bootloader menu state, but I cannot connect on the LAN, and my attempts at firmware upgrades are all unsuccessful.

Help here would be really appreciated, happy to give more information if needed.

Hello, 

You may not be able to connect to the device because you have to set your PC IP manually. Please follow the steps shown here to set the PC IP manually and do a firmware upgrade through the bootloader menu.
