Hallo, nach dem aktuellen Update auf die neuste Firmware RUTX_R_00.07.02.1 habe ich folgendes Problem.

Ich habe den Router RUTX11 so konfiguriert, das er 2 mal in der Wochen Mo, Fr. Nachts einen Neustart durchführt, dies
klappt auch einwandfrei. Leider wird beim  Hochfahren des Router jetzt nicht mehr die WLAN Schnittstelle aktiviert, so das diese
2,4Ghz und 5Ghz auf "gestoppt" stehen, jetzt muss ich mich mit LAN kurz einwählen auf eine WLAN Schnittstelle gehen und ohne was zu ändern Speichern sagen. -> Jetzt bekommt der Router erst wieder den Trigger um WLAN zu aktivieren und alles bleibt bis zum Neustart Funktionsfähig.

Hat jemand eine Idee, was ich evtl. noch Konfigurieren kann damit dieses Problem behoben wird.

Lieben Dank für ein paar Antworten.

PS: Auch ein Downgrade auf eine vorherigen Firmwarestand z.B. 7.02 brachte keinen Erfolg.

Hello,

One of the things you could do, is to add a simple command to (re)enable WiFi interface once the router finishes booting.

To do so, access the router via CLI or SSH and edit the file rc.local in the /etc directory.

In the file add the following command and save it:

  • /sbin/wifi 

it will be executed each time the router restarts. If that does not help, you can try to modify the previous command by adding 

  • /sbin/wifi reload
  • /sbin/wifi up
