Hi I can’t acces the reboot website 192.168.1.1 for my Teltonika Router RUTX11 on my mac. It states That the server can’t be accessed. Over and over…. Please help me?

The router set up went well. I did a reset and now I can’t acces the router nor the web ui.

Hello,

In case of device failures such as this, it is suggested to perform a special recovery procedure called bootloader menu. For detailed instructions, please refer to the guide in the link: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUTXxx_Firmware_via_The_Bootloader_Menu.

It is also recommended to download firmware before starting the procedure, as setting your device with a static IP address might disable your access to the internet or other devices. The firmware file can be downloaded here: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUTX11_Firmware_Downloads.
