RUTX 12 LAN PORT GOING DOWN

Hi guys.

i have frequent problems with LAN port going down. It looks like this:

2022-06-19 04:36:46 Switch Events Port link state of port LAN changed to UP
2022-06-19 04:36:46 Switch Events Port speed for port LAN changed to 1000 baseT
2022-06-19 04:36:44 Switch Events Port link state of port LAN changed to DOWN

2022-06-17 18:45:21 Switch Events Port link state of port LAN changed to UP
2022-06-17 18:45:21 Switch Events Port speed for port LAN changed to 1000 baseT
2022-06-17 18:45:19 Switch Events Port link state of port LAN changed to DOWN
2022-06-17 18:45:18 Switch Events Port link state of port CPU changed to UP
2022-06-17 18:45:18 Switch Events Port speed for port CPU changed to 1000 baseT
2022-06-17 18:45:18 Switch Events Port link state of port LAN changed to UP

Everything is connected with new cables, on the other side of lan cable there is Cambium Force 180 PMP which is a very reliable device.

This device is mission - critical to me.

Can someone help me how to resolve this or i go back to MikroTIk?

Hello,

Do you experience connectivity loss to the Cambium Force device in relation with these port state changes?

Does the same occur with the other ports?

Also, I would like you to send me a troubleshoot file. Please, replicate the issue, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration > Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there.

Yes, unfortunately the whole LAN network behind Teltonika drops including the Cambium which is first. I have only one LAN port in use

I am using a new high quality cable

I’ve also Set up a ping Reboot Rule now towards the cambium device, everything is good for the last 3 days, but im not sure if i can trust my life with this equipment. Especially Because it is on an Important remote location for which i need a crane to phisically access. If i put this aside, Teltonika is the best equipment of this type I’ve ever seen in my carrerr.
