We have recently had a batch of TSW100 not work on 12Vdc, Wondering if anyone has had this issue and knows how to fix.

We are using the TSW100 as a non poe switch to link ubiquiti devices and cameras.

What power supply are you using?

Have you tried other power supplies?

Does the same 12VDC source power up other devices?
