Hi,

We have plenty RUTX14s routers monitoring network performance, most of them are configured to connect to LTE only, the rest to 3G only.

What we are facing is that "3G only" routers are suddenly loosing 3G connectión and as workaround we have to reset them and some time extracting and reinserting SIM slot case.

It seem that it is a HW issue, a sim slot case issue maybe, but only is happening to configured "3G" RUTX14 routers.

This begun to happend after  swapping RUTX09 by RUTX14. With RUTX09 we didn´t faced to this 3G disconnection issue.

RUTX14 running RUTX_R_00.07.00 a RUTX_R_00.07.01.2 firmware.

Enought 3G signal strenght received by routers.

Hello  Miguelangel,

To troubleshoot this issue, can you please upload the troubleshoot file first.

Also, try forcing the router to use 3G only from Webui > Network > Mobile > General > Service Mode.

Make sure the antennas are inserted correctly and in the proper position.

Also, can you please provide the name of your service provider?

The router is forced to use 3G only, antennas are inserted correctly and in the proper position.

We have around 50 RUTX14 to monitor mobile network performance, maybe 40 are 4G only and the rest 3G only routers.

We are just swapping previous RUTX09 by RUTX14. And this issue has appeared after this swap.

We are the service provider.
