Getting data transfer reports depend on the Teltonika device that you are using.
If you need a report for mobile data limit such that is it exceeds 20GB, in this case you need to set the mobile data limit events on Teltonika RMS or on the Teltonika device’s WebUI.
For example, if using Teltonika router with LTE to limit data on the mobile interface go to Network >Interfaces >
Choose the mobile interface to set Data Limit use the editing Icon that is to the right to open the mobile interface configuration Window.
Go to ‘Mobile Data Limit’
Enable data connection limit, enter the Data limit, period, start hour, enable sms warning, Data limit (MB) and enter the phone number to send the warning to.
On RMS choose the device you want to get the report. Go to alerts, choose create alert, on the alert event choose ‘Mobile data’, event type ‘Data limit’, enter the data limit in MB, choose period, and add recipient phone number.
With these configurations you will be able to get the data transfer limit via SMS.
