RUT240 - Duckdns and Home Assistant

Good evening everyone,

I have a RUT240 with firmware updated to version RUT2_R_00.07.02.1 on my motorhome with a Vodafone SIM.

I use a raspberry PI 3+ with Home Assistant and to get a fixed IP I would like to use the Duckdns addon. Unfortunately I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I can't reach the router from outside and I think the problem is on the PORT FORWARDS. Can anyone give me instructions on how to configure it?

Hello,

If you are trying to access the device remotely from WAN, you first need to enable the access. Please refer to the following page for details and instructions: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/Remote_WebUI_Access#WAN_Interface.

Also make sure you have a public IP address, otherwise, you will not be able to reach the device remotely.
