Question

I've set this up in Access Control, but I still cannot connect. I can connect through the RMS, but not sure i want to use this long term. Are there some other options i need to set?

I've set up DDNS, but cant even connect by IP so don't think that is the issue.

Hello,

Are you sure that you have a public dynamic IP? Sometimes carriers perform what is called CGNAT, which assigns you with a private network address. 

Your assigned IP address can be viewed in Status -> Overview window in your main WAN interface section.
