Hi,

We deployed multiple RUT955 and used Vodafone M2M Sim Cards to connect to 4G. For these Sim cards we have a custom APN that limits the number of domains/IPs the Sim cards can access based on whitelisting.

When trying to connect to the router GUI or devices connected to the router we get the "Failed to initialise ssh connection" error.

We whitelisted the following domains associated with RMS:

• rms.teltonika-networks.com
• teltonika-networks.com 
• rms.teltonika.lt
• proxy1-connect.rms.teltonika-networks.com

Are there any other domains or specific ports that need to be allowed for the RMS Connect service?
