RUT240 Web Filters broke on 7.02.2 upgrade

I have not set any web filters. The device arrived with 1.13.3 and I was able to browse to the web filters section.  I upgraded to 7.02.2 and when I navigate to web filters, I receive a 404 page not found error . My option is to click on a return to overview button.

Did something get broke in in 7.02.2?

Hello,

There might be incompatibility between different firmware versions with the web filter package you have installed.

Try to reset the device to the factory defaults. Options how to do it are provided in this page: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT240_Device_Recovery_Options#Factory_reset.

Keep in mind that Web Filter is an additional software that you will need to reinstall from the Services - Package manager list.

You can also try to reupdate the device, but before uploading firmware file, set option Keep settings to off.
