Question

I have a RUT850 and am experiencing issues. The router appears to have a 4G data connection but no devices are able to connect to the internet. The router has been working for weeks and has just suddenly stopped working. This is very annoying as the devices are in the field and need to be working 100% of the time. Having to do a factory reset is NOT a solution.

When I do a ping from my connected laptop, it is unreachable.

When I SSH into the router, and do a ping. I am able to get a response.

Hello,

Could you execute the following command on the RUT360:

• ip -4 rule delete $(ip -4 rule show | grep 2062 | cut -d":" -f 2)

and retry the ping from your PC ?
