Why internal modem firmware shows N/A when TRB140 is upgraded from TRB1401_R_00.01.06.1 to TRB1_R_00.07.02.3.

Does this cause TRB140 cannot to access the internet?

How I could burn in the modem firmware and where to download the modem firmware?

Could you provide the instruction for me to solve this?

Did you uncheck Keep settings, when updating the firmware? 

Could you try to reset the device to factory defaults? 

Could you also check if reverting to the previous firmware makes the modem visible again?

I would also like you to attach a troubleshoot file to your question. Please, replicate the issue, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration > Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there.
