Question

Ever since upgrading until to RUT2_R_00.007.2 my problems seem to have stacked up.The RUT240 appears not te be connection as main WAN over SIM1. Neither am I successful in using a public WiFi as a client.

Furthermore I seem to have lost the ability to select and set the WAN and LAN options in the menu (screenshots attached).

My basic use is simple, either use the public Wifi and broadcast it into my own. Either supported by load balancing when it becomes slow on campgrounds and/or marina. Or switch to mobile as my main WAN completely. How do I get my RUT240 back into this simple use case?

Hello Rdhrkns,

There are two modes in the router for configurations purpose:

1. Basic

2. Advanced

The screenshot that you have attached is from the advanced mode, you can switch back to basic mode from the top right corner.
