Hi,

I have a newly setup RUTX11 where I'm trying to access the admin page from the WAN side.

I have followed this guide 100%:
https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUTX_Noip.com_DDNS_configuration

When I'm trying to access the URL it gives me the following error: "This site can’t be reached"

This happens for both the direct URL and with the URL you specify in the guide: http://XXX.ddns.net/cgi-bin/luci

The WAN IP I get on no-ip.com is: 192.38.131.* it looks like an internal, may this be the issue?
- if yes, can I somehow do anything to make it work?

What am I missing?

Hello Nordvind,

For troubleshooting the issue: Are you able to ping the DDNS address that you are using.

If you are able to ping the address then you will need to allow remote access to the router:

Follow the link: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUTX_Noip.com_DDNS_configuration#Results

If you are not able to ping the DDNS make sure the configurations are correct and you are getting the same WAN IP on no-ip.com and the router's WAN interface. Both IPs should be the same, and public IP addresses.

No-IP interface shows whether the DDNS is active or not. Does it say Active? if yes what IP does it shows?

Regards,

Shivang

Have you enabled "Enable remote HTTP access or Enable remote HTTPS access" under Administration => Access Control? Otherwise you're not able to login from external.
