I have a RUT955 with a FX5 PLC and Kepware OPC Server, I can communicate from my office computer but not from the end customers computer. Is it possible that I have restricted access to the RUT955 unconsciously?

Hello,

Could you provide more details about your network topology and device configuration?

Are you using VPN, RMS, have you enabled remote device access?
